Which he did. Obama said that he changed it in a way that Nixon did not, than Clinton did not. This is true. It wasn't a compliment. It wasn't a comparison. It was an opinion (one I happen to think is factual, and I don't idolize Reagan).<BR/><BR/>Folks should be a little slower on the draw and research this shit first before flying off the handle.
